CMC Camper Shop Returns Policy
Before returning anything, please complete a ‘Returns Form’ available from email@example.com or call 01303 261062
Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported to Concept Multi-Car Ltd within 2 working days of receipt of order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check for possible transportation damage before signing for received goods.
The customer must meet the cost of carriage to return correctly supplied unwanted goods.
Unwanted goods returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% handling charge.
Unwanted goods must be returned before 90 days.
Unwanted good will not be refunded after 90 days.
Parts that have been modified cannot be returned.
Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate information, it is the customers responsibility to check that the parts are correct for their vehicle before fitting.
Returned goods must not have been fitted and must be in a re-sale able condition (unless faulty) with original packaging.
When returning goods, the buyer is responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they remain the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse, please obtain proof of posting/delivery.
Concept Multi-Car regrets that postage/packaging/insurance costs are non-refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error.
All goods are sold in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.
